This fall Middle School I Art have learned about drawing in perspective. Inspired by lego’s, students built 3D models on their IPads using a program called 3D Creationist. Using their knowledge of one and two point perspective students then matched the viewpoint and perspective of their sculptures to incorporate into their background drawings. The class competed in a competition to select the best 3D design between students. Each class then got to watch the winning sculpture be printed on the 3D printer.
