Walsh Band Mark of Excellence

We are proud to announce that the Walsh Band has been awarded the distinction of National Winner in the Foundation for Music Education’s Mark of Excellence Award. This is a highly prestigious award, designating Walsh Middle School as one of the top middle school band programs in the country.

The combined support and efforts of our students, parents, staff, administration, and community continue to elevate the Walsh Band program to the highest levels of artistry and achievement. We are so pleased that the hard work and dedication of our students is being nationally recognized, but more importantly, we are proud that the students of the Walsh Band continue to demonstrate their commitment to a culture of positivity, inclusion, and award-winning excellence.
